Have this, like it a lot. Custom color setting are pretty cool, the mic works ok, better EQ would be nice.

Worth it at $299 definitely worth it at $250

Also, can connect to other JBL Party box speakers

Edit - Also, the buttons on top are very inviting for small children and dont do anything useful. It would be nice to lock them out with software, but that's not available.

I have a couple of these and they are great. As others have mentioned you can create a stereo pair if you buy two, and you'll get more output for about the same price as larger PartyBox models. I don't really have a need for a 3rd, but this is a great price.
