Well you could try a Radeon 9800 from 2003. Was that even PCIe or still AGP, I don't remember.

It's a decent lower-end PC; it would handle basic modeling pretty well. You could play pretty much any game at 1080p, it's definitely a good deal for the money.

Probably on high. I don't have WOW, but everything else plays on high at 1080p at around 80 fps.
