Why is everybody and their grandmother selling this model? It seems they're to clear out for a newer model? Or does this model have problems? Bought one with the Lowe's deal and just genuinely want to know before I past my 30 day mark of being able to return it. Anecdotally, it has been working as intended, my 13 yr old son is now mowing considering how light it is and with the help of self-propel.TIA
I don't know either, But I've had it for 2 weeks after my gas mower died, and I am very happy with the performance. Quieter, lighter, and I can get my whole lawn done with the two batteries. Quite a solid mower…and I don't have to destroy my shoulders trying to pull start my old one anymore.

Did YOU do any research before posting?? The price literally showed up when it saw my location and OP provided a zip for what they used. It shows free shipping on page (and when you go through the checkout process) along with pickup options if the store is local to you.
The comment the OP posted saying stores match prices was about this stores actively adjusting prices to match Lowe's (without having to ask for it), not saying Lowe's would match this price (although they might).
Maybe do your homework before posting nasty comments...
FYI, I bought a BOGO to get some cheap EGO stuff thinking I could prob sell the extra 5ah for about $200. Took a few weeks but finally listed at $180 and sold at $170 in my area. Obviously YMMV on exact pricing in your area, but I think a lot of the value in the batteries is the warranty.

Which state are you talking about? It looks like they only have 4 stores (Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Texas) and only ship within the area of those 4 stores.
I'm in Oklahoma, so def not local to any of these stores.
I went through checkout up to finalizing order and it showed free shipping.
Edit: Just entered a further address and see the call to order. Either way, OP posted valid zip that worked for them and still shows free shipping available on page when zip is far away...

But the point is, this deal is exteremely limited only to the people in those 6 states and not applicable to 90% of the country.
