Ah yes. The ever trusted brand name of "Mekiageo"—But seriously, I do wish there was a way to easily look up ratings for these flyby-night companies.

When TCL and HiSense put their first TV's on the market, did you say the same thing? Were you afraid these no-name brands would set your house on fire?

Actually NO! It says on the page: Tips:When USB-C1 or USB-C2 as single port use, your laptop can be charged at a full speed. To protect the battery of your devices, when using as dual port use, the USB-C2 Port may be lower to 45w output.
It does say TOTAL OUTPUT 260W. 65+65+30+30+30+20+20=260W. If all the ports can't output full wattage simultaneously (260W), then it's false advertising. I bought one and will test it out with two laptops on the first two ports.

I get your point, and grow weary of people blanketly saying OMG THIS WILL BURN YOUR SHI DOWN. But…
TCL and Hisense are OEMs. I guarantee you that MEKIOJEO is not 🤣 . They just slapped their keyboard-pounded "name" on this and you'd probably have to jump through a couple of hoops to determine who the OEM is. Nothing wrong with that but it makes reputability hard to determine.
And we are talking about a 4 x 3 x 1 box claiming to output 260w to devices that store a relatively large amount of energy in a generally small amount of space consisting of a material that likes to catch fire if not properly coddled. not a tv with no significant source of lithium built-in.

That said, I buy this cheap stuff all the time and would've bought this one if I didn't already have so many. I just don't leave lithium batteries plugged in to charge when I'm not around. I think a little wariness in this case is prudent.

This charger is absolute garbage -- it cannot output 65W even on a single port.
It always gets reposted and goes frontpage every couple weeks (search history) posted by staff.

Stop blindly vouching for products you have no knowledge about.
I bought this charger - it's absolute junk. It will not output 65W on any port even with only one device plugged in

I can only say either you have no clue what you're talking about, or you got a bad unit. I just plugged my mostly discharge MacBook Pro 16 M1 into the top port with a 100W LED display cable that shows the wattage, and it showed 70W. And I currently have two other things plugged into ports 3 and 4.

Your experience isn't everyone's experience.

Why are you shilling so hard for this piece of junk. I bought one awhile back and it does not output 65W even with a single device plugged in.
Read my comment to your other post. In summary, you're wrong. If you think I'm shilling (I don't even have an opinion so you might look up what shilling means), then maybe I should ask why you think your ONE experience is everyone's experience?

Had one of these for 2 years and still use it. It works fine, doesnt even get warm. The charging power goes down significantly the more you have plugged into it at the same time, which I guess makes sense. Also, need to ensure your cables are rated for the max charge rate, if wanting to hit it. Works just fine and great price.
