This is, possibly, one of the first honest batteries I've encountered. It lists the output as 6200maH after typical losses. It also lists all of the available PD modes. Based on entirely unscientific and barely-monitored use in recharging my Surface Pro X and my iPhone, I'd say the net charge to the device (6200mAh/23Wh) is probably on the conservative side.

IMHO the loop-cable is weird, but otherwise the form factor is small and it's been reliable the last 3-4 months I've owned one.

I get it, a built in cable for convenience. My general rule is never buy anything with built in cables as you can't replace it if it starts deteriorating (frayed, pulled out, etc).

Not sure if this charger is the same but be advised the other INIU battery I got will not charge a laptop at all. By that I mean it will charge for like 3 seconds and then stop. My 30 watt output Anker works just fine for this purpose on the same laptop
