Best option is to buy ring sizing kit with the promo certificate. Ring sizing kit is $10 and comes with $10 BB gc. Promo certificate expires, gc doesn't

I just learned the hard way that promotional rewards not only expire, but if you use them and return the item, you lose the rewards. I lost $100 in promo rewards returning a dishwasher this week. It seems this deal is just a random draw who gets what, as the odds are posted in the fine print.

I also learned the hard way to never return an item purchased with points. I did get them to return the points to my account, but it was a multi month long situation with endless phone calls. Not worth the $100 that I got back in the end tbh. I cannot believe their system is so inept and incapable of doing basic stuff like this automatically.

Regular "earned" points or free points you got from some promo? I ask because regular points you get with a purchase are automatically returned to your account when you return the item (usually within a day). Luckily, I've never had an issue getting my points back. It's just these promo points (mine was from an offer a couple weeks back of $25 in bonus rewards for every $250 spend on a Mac, up to $100 in bonus rewards).
