Same here. I'm assuming if you've ordered it from them before via autoship (I have), they're enforcing "new autoship customers" and thus we're not eligible.

EDIT: Made a new account under my wife's name and was able to purchase successfully with the promo code. All other details besides name were the same (same vet, shipping address, payment CC is under my name).

great price, i usually pay around 400 every 6 months because i have a GIANT dog... but i had hard time working with petmeds. For some reason, my vet wouldnt fax in the prescription, so i had to physically mail it, then it got lost, and it was just a mess. Saving 200 bucks might be worth it though.

Yeah I use Vetco and they never send the prescriptions. You have to mail it in yourself
