I believe Costco had this in store for the same price last week, but theirs also included the premium cover ($100). It looks like the price went back up to $899.99
If anyone is considering it The Barbecue Lab did a nice review of this a few months back. Probably worth a watch before buying. https://youtu.be/6QAs5OghWwg
This grill looks pretty sweet and reviews seem good the only thing that held me back from needing to have it is the pellet hopper. If they gave this thing an actual hopper and not just a tray id be all over it even just a small hopper
Doesn't need a huge one but if it could go maybe 3-6 hours without a refill then I think that would have been killer
Finally someone built my dream grill. If I hadn't just bought the small Ninja smoker last year I might pull the trigger on this. Can it cook without electric or without propane?

It needs electricity and propane to function. Electricity for controller/thermostat, fan, and pellet ignition. I suspect the pellet ignition would draw too much power to run this off a battery pack. Propane is the heat source.
This is a very cool grill, but the build quality isn't up to say Weber Genesis quality (even the new ones made in china). It seems better built than the cheap Charbroils and Nexgrills though. I am curious how these will hold up over time and what replacement part availability will be like.
From reviews I've watched/read, it seems like a nice gas grill replacement with the advantages of having a quicker/more even cooking time on some cooks. Also, the option to add some smoke flavor. The caveat being it's not as suitable for traditional smoking.

Most of the ninja reviews you'll find on the internet are paid. It's very hard to find unbiased reviews for ninja products. They are really deep into their marketing.
Wayfair has 335s and 325s for sub 650. I posted another thread. Unfortunately it requires you to sign up for an annual membership (Wayfair; $29/Y) to see the price first
