No thx bro last time I was there almost got rounded up and arrested as a democracy protester even though I was just some dumb tourist. China will arbitrarily arrest you for anything under the sun and now with trade wars, chip sanctions, etc china is much less welcoming than before towards foreigners but still have the same shitty chinese mainlanders smoking and spitting all over the place. Now I just avoid HK altogether.
