Placed the order around 6pm Tues, got a shipping notification the next morning
Verizon models will never allow bootloader unlock, even when the SIM can be unlocked.
T-Mobile models are fine. I'm not sure about AT&T.
Maybe if you get from T-Mobile directly, but their MVNOs, including Mint no longer allow this (I think its been this way for about a year, maybe more?).
