Do you need RGB lighting? If not, I wouldn't pay for it. This (expired) deal was cheaper/faster (and doesn't have RGB), although I have no experience with the seller:

That depends on your CPU and motherboard just as much as the RAM. 3200MHz is with XMP so technically already a DDR4 overclock. Even assuming your CPU and motherboard support higher this is only guaranteed to run at 3200.
