Any pickleball deal goes to the front page now. A lot of these paddles are from fly-by-night companies... Went to check this one out and the suggestions are flooded with all kinds of paddles which seem similar to all others, so I can never be sure on what's good or bad.

You need to compete in tournaments where every advantage matters. I'm still a newb at pickleball, but I've played other sports at a high level where others are using the top gears that the pros use. It definitely makes a difference. For Rec play, probably not

skill over equipment anyday. Seems like yall playing players ranked lower. But to go to next level, absolutely. 4.0+ players make insane spins with some of the newer paddles.

I am 4.0+ player now. But a while back found this paddle, Vinsguir. X23 Smasher is what I bought for $70 off a year ago. I have tried, Raw/Joola/Selkirk and absolutely keep going back to my smasher. Best balance of power and control. They discontinued it now. Have been looking some folks out there have em sitting in their storage etc..

Bought both green/red. At this price point, I have to go wrong 7-8 times to have lost any money, And even then, can donate to the new upcommers who appreciate a good 300/700 paddle.
