I have this when it was released. The eartips that keep it in the ear tore. Maybe it was fixed later but the quality of early release was not good especially for an expensive earbud.
Every time my hand goes near my Beats to adjust them in my ear I accidentally hang up on whoever I'm on the phone with. 😕 I liked my Alexa Amazon 2 buds better.

Got them last week for $95 via Woot to replace a lost pair. I'd stick it out unless urgent, at least until it dips below $100 again, which has been rather frequent in recent months.
These will likely be replaced this year, so I too recommend holding out for < $100 unless you really need them now. I picked up a pair from the $86.86 Woot deal to replace my Jabra Elite 7 Active for workouts or situations I don't want to wear my APP, but would not have paid much more.
I have these in the AirPod Pro 2. I was very surprised to find that I like the noise cancellation of the beats fit pro significantly better. I assumed the AirPods Pro would be the flagship device and have the best noise cancellation.

I experienced the same issue with the flexible wingtips tearing away from the main housing of the earbuds multiple times. I had Beats/Apple replace them a couple of times and then just gave up. Hopefully, the next generation of these will have a more durable solution because otherwise I really did enjoy wearing them. Their ear stability was without compare, especially for being in the Apple ecosystem.

They were marked as new - woot had a one day coupon that brought it down from this price but they sold out after about 5 hrs
