Seems like a < 2 year mattress based on what I can find. Most memory foam mattresses are that though, except the old OG tempurpedics.
Probably decent enough for a guest room or if you're willing to just rebuy a mattress every 18-24 months. Which, in all honesty if you can find deals like this - isn't the worst plan.

Probably not. My cal king milly was $2400, bought the last one at my furniture store for $1400 recently.
