If you're into the Tstak / Versastack system already, it's a pretty cool addition. I'm actually going to build a full, rolling stack of drawers around this and keep it in my basement as my basement toolbox.
Quality wise, I would day it's on par with (not above or below) the other offerings in the same price range (Kobalt, Husky, etc.). Box feels sturdy enough to last with home use, but wouldn't survive a bunch of drops / abuse.
I went back and forth about buying it for quite a while. Ultimately I'm glad I did, though I definitely understand it's not for everyone.

Ultimately, both sets just fall short of what I would expect for a complete "travel" set. No pliers/clamps which you would want for some emergency repairs. The craftsman box does look like it has extra room for your own tools, however.
Blow molded crap can't do that!
