i have a set of these, i dont think i paid that much for them although its been like 4-5 years since i bought mine. they work well, switching between weights is quick. never really had a bad experience with them. still use them for some lighter dumbbell work weekly, not a bad starter set of adjustables.

Edit: upon looking it up, i paid 165 4 years ago on an amazon deal for them.
