There are much better bags out there if you carry heavy or for decent distances. I really like most of PD's stuff but the straps on this bag are absolutely horrible for anything more than short distances if you have any kind of weight in it (which considering it's designed to be an everyday camera backpack is pretty likely). Even with more lightweight loads, it's terrible if you're using it for traveling where you'll be walking a few miles. I used mine for about 2 weeks w/ my camera equipment (Canon R7 + RF28-70 2.8 and EF70-200L 2.8) and laptop and couldn't stand it anymore so I returned it. The weight of the bag doesn't help matters though a lot of camera backpacks are similar weight. They need to redo this bag with straps/carry set up similar to their outdoor bags or their big travel bags.
