I got this the last time it was on sale and returned it. It's terrible. The color is nice, the leather feels nice, and it's reversible, but other than that the quality is crap.
The recline is never comfortable, I hated it. And towards the back of the sofa it sinks. So if you don't recline then it's firm enough to sit, but when you recline the back and butt will sink, I have sciatica and it hurts my back sitting on it.
The electronic is shit. One of the recliners didn't work out of the box. I didn't test it while the delivery guys were at my house because I didn't have a plug there and why wouldn't it work? When I finally had the plug ready and plugged it in one of recliners didn't work. The whole power outlet didn't work. So I was not able to use the power outlet inside the box.
The design is really dumb, it has the shallowest cup holders, your drinks are guaranteed to spill. The recline buttons are inside the seat so if you sit too close and brush up against it you'd mess up your position.
I don't know what's underneath the leather on the armrests, but it felt like foam breaking when I put some weight with my elbows. The cover to the box is not soft, it had what felt like a metal rod going across, so resting your elbow on it is definitely not comfortable.
I cannot believe a sofa can be this bad.
