Good deal MSRP wise, but specs on the guitar suck for a $1K guitar. Jackson branded pickups and a FR special. Good for $349 I guess.

neck-thru for this price is pretty damn good. usually that's gonna run 500+ and bolt on is always a maple, non painted neck (which bothers me personally)
