It's great that you've found the world of lab grown diamonds, but he's right. $450 isn't a great price, especially without a 3rd party certificate of authenticity.

I don't want to post a link and look like a shill, but a place I've purchased from lately has IGI Certified 2.09 E-VVS2 Round Lab-Created Diamonds listed for $390. Luv......

Lightbox is owned by deBeers, I wouldn't worry about 3rd party certificates.

Just found out that De Beers is shutting down Lightbox, this is probably why they've slashed prices so much.
