Better to read the comment section from those that actually have the unit as the reviewer, as I quickly realized while reading the review, didn't actually have the unit on hand to review. The site just reviewed the brochure for the unit. And they didn't make that clear which makes the review absolutely useless.

There are two kinds of coffee drinkers willing to spend decent money on good coffee. Those that want to fiddle with every perceivable step in the process until they get their "perfect pull", and then there are those that just want to push a button and still get 90% of what the other crowd gets. This is for the latter.

Those in the latter camp all know it won't quite be up to par with the Bambino plus with the separate $400 grinder and the freshly roasted beans that have been off-gassed for exactly one week.

But they also just have to push a button and get 90% of the way there

Does anyone have this? How is it? What can you compare it to?

I found this review somewhat helpful.

"the Bosch 300 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine has a built-in conical burr grinder. For whatever reason, Bosch decided to name their grinder the "Bosch Ceram Drive." Basically, this just means it's got ceramic burrs."

"That said, I might be more likely to recommend this machine if it cost a couple hundred dollars less. In that case, it could be considered a truly budget-friendly super automatic espresso machine, and most of my qualms would fade away".

Looks similar to the Phillips, which I returned. Maybe just a white label.

I know nothing about this product and I'm not trying to poison thread. I just want to say I got the Bambino plus on the last deal and it's undeniable. After using it two months, I'm afraid to buy any other espresso maker in the future. The Bambino plus does not come with a grinder. The grinder is more important than the espresso machine.

The one case I see for this product is it has a grinder and if that grinder is decent or better, it could be a high value low cost full espresso machine . Typically the strategies to not get it all in one get the selected espresso machine and then separately get the specific grinder you want otherwise you run all kinds of problems. For example, you find you like that espresso machine part, but don't like the integrating grinder awkward. Or the espresso machine part breaks and so you have a grinder with no espresso machine. And Costco has a good return policy. So if you're really driven to get this deal, you could test it out and take it back if it's simply didn't make a coffee.

I hope my Rant helped

I'm in the camp who's been enjoying a $300 Tchibo since COVID. Probably one of the best products I purchased considering I spent avg $1000+ annually on buying coffee previously.

That was an intelligent non-provocative counterpoint. However it seems you're not aware of that the Bino plus has a automated steamer wand. You do need to have a separate grinder and tamp the espresso.
Also I didn't know this one was more automated than that . I will look for the manual and read what this thing does for reference even though I'm really happy with what I have.

If you want a superautomatic for multiple daily use get Delonghi or a similar brand in the $700 range. Just use a good quality bean and it'll be good as most Breville manuals. I guarantee most coffee. Snobs can't tell the difference in a blind taste test.

I found Ninja Luxe Café Premier Series 3-in-1 Espresso which comes similar price after Costco giftcard. Which one is good between these 2?
