Can confirm. Bought them from Target a couple months ago. Tried them a couple times and eventually tossed the rest.

I didn't find them to be excessively sweet but they are weirdly a little bit bland and make up for the lack of flavor with a little extra sweetness. They are just… not good. Any other brand would be worth getting instead.

i ordered these on sale in a bag from amazon one time in my subscribe and save order. They shipped it loose in a giant box with a 12 pack of canned drinks. Easy to say that there was maybe 10 whole pretzels left in there.

+1 on other comments they aren't that great. Better to get the Reese covered animal crackers

This reminds me of a story.

When I was younger, in high school and just after living on my own. We will say 25 years ago. My preferred grocery store was Meijer, and they sold Chocolate milk on the cheap. Not the in house brand, some other random one I haven't seen since I stopped buying it. The entire time I bought it, the price never changed, a gallon for I want to say $1.25, maybe $1.99. It was cheaper than regular milk at the time as prices had gone up. Then one day a friend had me look at the ingredients. It said "chocolate drink". along with a bunch of other ingredients I couldn't say.

No milk involved.

We're just consuming science experiments at this point, it's so insidious

The award for most utterly useless comment ever goes to you friend! Obviously, you can find non-Reese's, off-brand anywhere, pretty much any store that sells food. This is a post for specifically Reese's brand (which I had no clue existed and I'm super excited about as a fake peanut butter, sugar filled, Reese's fanatic). "Who cares about fillet mignon, look Aldi's has 70/30 tube meat for $.97/lb" 🙄

Agreed. As a fan of most things Reese's and a lifelong fan of pb pretzels, I was excited to get my hands on these, but they were a pure disappointment. The filling is like a Reese's Pieces, but worse. Generally, PB pretzels tend to be dry by nature -- but I feel like a jar of these could absorb a kids swimming pool. Even the Dollar Tree or Aldi's versions are much better.

But as they say, to each their own or whatever. If you like eating sidewalk chalk, this is for you.

I just tried these. Pretty bland is right and they're trying to make up for it by making them sweeter. Comparing these to the ones my parents always buy from Costco or Sam's, I'd prefer the warehouse ones every day. Much more peanut butter flavor.
