ELIGIBILITY: The Curly's "Free Ribs for Life" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C."), who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.
TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on June 21, 2025, and ends on August 17, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period").
PRIZES: There will be one (1) random drawing on or about August 29 2025, to select one (1) Grand Prize winner from among all eligible Entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized agent. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive "Free Ribs for Life", based on a thirty (30) year supply of Curly's Ribs fulfilled as follows: (i) one hundred four (104) manufacturer coupons (one coupon per week for two years), each valid for one (1) free package of Curly's Ribs with a maximum retail value of $15 per coupon, and (ii) $21,840 in cash, which is the cash value of one coupon per week for the remaining twenty-eight (28) years (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $23,400.
