I don't have any coupons or deals for this model, but I do on other models.
It's probably regional. They are probably clearing warehouse space.
For reference, the Firman tri fuel generator that Costco carried a few years ago is also 74 dBA and is very loud. If you are looking to replace it, this isn't the generator to buy.
