Is there a generic software that can be used to reprogram the keys?
what you have is 65% i think I never use that small keyboard so no input
I haven't used too many keyboards. Here is what I tried and kind of liked
75% LEOBOG Hi75C, Nuphy Kick75(low-profile)
87%(TKL) ATK Z87 pro,
98% RK S98(if you need switch between two devices this keyboard is super smooth, really wish this is full layout, that could fit perfect in my current need and I can stop my keyboard hunting)
SKN blue dragon 4.0
Full layout: I am still looking, waiting for my Ganss GS3108T pro to arrive from China to try it out. I tried like 9 full layout keyboards from Amazon, I don't like any of them. lol only one I kinda like is 8-bitdo 108 typing is very nice but front too high, and the battery is super small
Also there are other brands that can't go wrong, like Keychron, Razer etc

For a full layout, check out the GMK104 by Zuoya. QMK/VIA compatible, but it comes as a barebones kit, so you'll need to supply switches and key caps yourself.

Aside from this, it is a pretty nice keyboard. There aren't many options for full-sized mechanical keyboards that are a decent quality when stock/without mods, especially at this price point. Although sometimes fidgety, it is nice to use the screen for settings instead of having to memorize a bunch of key combinations.
If priority is full size, feel & sound, tri mode connectivity, and all at a lower price point, this is pretty good - I bought this for $95 and was satisfied (knob worked enough, I didn't care abt software that much).
If you're looking for great software/high quality knobs, this probably isn't it. Keychron will probably be a better fit for those purposes
I ended up buying two of the same ones, for home and office.

I've bought from what geek, and they will ship broken bad items, or even wrong items, and then try to get you to keep it, by giving a discount. And then if you return it they give you a shipping address in China, and require you to pay to return it, but the shipping address is fake.
You can just do a search and find stories, but they are banned from the trusted vendor list on places like kbd news or Alex or mechanical keyboards for a reason.
