I have an iO6 that's still working well after 1.5 years. Before that, I had an iO4 for a few months that I passed to a family member when I upgraded, and it's still working too, last I heard.

Don't put the toothbrush back on the charger every time you use it. Wait until it's around 20%. Keeping it at 100% charge degrades the battery faster.
