I know most of these office chairs are full of false promises, especially with the alphabet soup brand name they chose, but this chair has features you usually only see in the $1000+ price range like Bowden cable adjustments, center tilt, full mesh bottom and back, footrest, and overall heavy build (56 lbs according to FedEx). Unfortunately, there aren't any video reviews of this chair yet, but you can always return it to a local best buy if needed.

Looks like they're out of stock now. I guess the overall US stock was quite limited. You probably won't see them until the next boat shipment arrives, which will probably be a while. There are still a handful on Amazon for $500, but even the official ACGAM website shows them as sold out. If you managed to snag one for $300 recently, count yourself very lucky.

I ordered one for $300 that got here over the weekend. I put it together today (took about 15 minutes) and started playing around with it. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with my chair and I think I got a dud. The chair does not stay in position when I raise it up. Once I sit down, it slowly starts sinking down to its lowest position, as if the hydraulics are broken. Also, the seat depth adjustor does not stay in position. When I pull the seat forward and get up out of the seat, it snaps back into its original position. I wrote the company to see if anything can be done, but will most likely be returning this to Best Buy. Bummer because the seat is very customizable and comfortable, but faults like this straight out the box make me worried about long term sustainability.
