Just an FYI, EWG.org rates this as a 7 out of 10 which is "high hazard" for your health.

Everything is a trade-off. Spray is easier to apply, but lotion will go further and protect a little longer.
Only reason I get the spray is that kids don't want to stand around a long time while lotion is applied, so spraying it on and sending them on their way is convenient.

I looked it's $13.47 on the app for the two pack $10.97 for the single. Seems this Amazon deal isn't bad.

Was 2 for $11 at our costco yesterday for the "gel," not this spray. Any idea which deal is better? Thinking that spray is usually a worse value but could be wrong.
As much as I like Costco, they do force companies to keep prices low for 15% top margins and you do often get lower quality product for those companies compared to other places. Oil of Olay has been "dumbed down" at Costco to meet margins. Walmart pioneered this with forcing companies like Levi's to cheapen their products for Walmart. Not bashing WM, just sayin'.

Target has two 11oz cans for $10.79. OK deal, but I had a $2 coupon pop up. Steal of a deal.

Could not disagree more. I find this type of spray to be more efficient and therefore a lot cheaper. Plus you get far better coverage. I am very fair skinned and live half time Thailand.
I spend much of the day outside, running, cycling and walking.
Same here. Going to the lake and boating all day I have had outstanding results with sprays. It seems to cover ALL of your skin and I would never burn anywhere. One of the few times I wouldn't feel cooked by the sun.
With lotions there's always some spots that didn't get covered enough.

Don't forget to rub it around after spraying for even coverage before letting them run off.
I never even do this. A good spray you won't need to.
I've used crappeir brands and it wouldn't spread evenly and complete. But the good sprays I spray and go. No need for rubbing it around at all.

I've always preferred the lotion, because you have to rub it in when applied unlike the spray. People who are impatient and don't like to use lotion may opt for the spray. For those who prefer the spray, when you spray it on, rub it in right after you spray it to ensure it's applied more evenly like the lotion.

I agree. Spray causes mist to hit the ground while lotion is not wasted. I do not have young kids, so I prefer the lotion.
Also, I get the "kids" versions now. I got some of the non-kids spray in my eyes one time, and it was a nightmare. I was tearing up and blurred for at least a day.
Also, before stocking up, sunscreen expires. It is one of the last things you want to expire when expecting complete coverage as you cannot tell.

These spray cans suck. Stick to lotion if you actually need the protection
They don't suck, you just have to make sure to use enough of it. Plus it's really convenient for us hairy types. 😁

Do you mean lotion? I see a 2-pack of lotion at Costco for $12.
Yeah exactly, I somehow couldn't think of the right word lol

If you sweat a lot don't spray this anywhere on or around your face. I went to wash my car and started sweating. My eyes started burning horrendously, I had to keep stopping to wipe it off my face

I'm with you. Great got the kids. Except they then have to wait fifteen minute's before the spray is water resistant before sent to the pool or ocean. 🙄

I told you guys. Don't do S&S. Don't encourage the vendors. Now the only good deals you see are S&S.

What's the problem? You can cancel your subscription in the app after your order ships with zero issues. I'm all for it if I'm getting a cheaper price.
It literally takes a few seconds to cancel as well which I've just got in the habit of doing every month.

Really? First time I've heard about this with Costco, maybe for Walmart. But wouldn't the "budget" version be their store brand like every other place.

Anything to support this or are you just spreading rumors?
