I bought two such cleaners, but different brands, on Amazon, and returned both. There was no cleaning effect, and "ultrasonic" water vibration seemed minimal if at all present. I might give this a shot, but I think overall concept of such cleaning is a scam.

Ultrasonic cleaning is very real, we use it in industry. It can strip paint and oils easy. But these consumer grade ones are VERY underpowered. I have 1 or 2 small ones like this and they do work, you can feel the tingle under your fingernail when it's on. But they are just very weak unfortunately.
