Can I use this for a ejector and sump pump back up? Not sure if it has reasonable AH for both or individually.

it can provide 110v 3000 watt output so check power rating of your ejector and sump pump together.

You can connect as many as you like. This battery does not have a communication port for external BMS monitoring. Since the inverter max charge rate is 100A, it'll take 2.8hours to recharge one 280Ah battery from 0-100%. If you connect 10 of these batteries, it would take 28hours to recharge all of them.
