Once you buy it, how long can I wait before I set it up. My annual plan expires in November.

The item indicates 60 days but people have reported doing it as late as 6 months later. You do have to provide your order # as part of activation so it COULD be an issue but they seem to be doing the bare minimum on things. Heck I provided my old phone's imei to activate because it would not accept my new phone's imei...put it in new phone after activation and it worked fine.

No. If you want to renew and keep the number you gotta top up. This will give you a new number

Honestly, if you're considering the 6 month option, just go with this 12 month 15GB plan for $112.50.:

I've activated 4 lines over the last 15 months with Infimobile, 2 with each carrier, and had minimal issues. The longest issue was with SIM backend issues, where one line was having calls drop after 5 min or less. CS is pretty good and try both numbers if you're having trouble with one or the other. Online CS is good if you can't get through to the phone number(ie it and you to leave VM, which I don't recommend). The last time I had to call CS was with a porting assist this past weekend following a SIM activation. The agent called me back after a couple hours and the port took less than 4 hours from Mint to Infimobile T-Mobile, due to IT intervention on a Saturday.

Been using this for 6 months, visual voicemail won't work no matter what you do, but other than that it works well, customer support is hit or miss.

Bought Tmobile version last month for some reason I been receiving lots of spam calls daily. Anyway to block them ?
You can ask for a new number, need to call them and tell them you keep getting spam calls.

I have had the $99/year for 10gb plan with TMobile for 10 months. I have been happy with the service. However, I am seeing a renewal rate of $252/year. For the small amount of data, minutes, texts I use per month this is too much for me. I switched from Mint to Infimobile because of the cost of their lowest plan vs Infimobile. I'm not sure if there will be a cheaper option with Infimobile in two months for a light user, but I won't pay $252/yr.

Infimobile was a nightmare to set up and I only got it partially working. Definitely buy it from Amazon….i ended up returning it.

Customer service? Talked to them for 15 mins , but they really never helped me at all. They said they send me an email with apn settings and stuff but they never did. I tried calling them again 2x but just got a busy signal….That's when I returned it.

It was cheap and if it works for you have at it.
last time when i used them mine wouldnt activate but CS had me set pretty quickly.

This is why they offer it cheap to get you in, than double or triple to renew. Main reason I stay away.
