This is an ok deal -- just keep in mind that the "physical edition" requires a download of "at least" 3GB to play. I'm not a big fan of this especially when the digital version is on sale for $10 less. Physical games that are incomplete are sort of a worst of both worlds, aside from maybe resale value.

Other retailers like Best Buy currently matching this price.
