Wurkkos has been hyping this a ton, surprised no one has posted it yet. Just became available yesterday.

Looks a lot like the Olight Oclip, but has a 5000k 95 CRI floodlight, which is nice. Not sure about the RGB feature, but we'll see.

As a floodlight, 5000K, 95CRI is not bad (would've preferred 4000K). Illumination spacing 1/15/75/150/320 is better than most. Pity the flashlight doesn't retain last mode used.

As a spotlight, the beam shape would bother me (oblong, not round). Doesn't matter, though, because I would never use it because 6000K is much too harsh for my liking. I'll just stick to the floodlight. I simply don't need the throw.

Out of curiosity, I purchased one.

Agree with your assessment. If I use it at all long term, it will probably just be the floodlight. 4000K would def have been better. Does it really not have mode memory?

yeah, for sure. I have the Olight Oclip, and I have really only ever used the flood. picked one of these up to check it out.

if it came in black, I'd be in for 1. The Olight Clip has become a standard for EMS/police because it clips securely to a molle loop for a compact hands free flood light for non-tactical situations

I had to go through there images to see but it looks like it does have a magnet in the base which is huge for me. Ordered one to give it a shot.

WKZHCODE5 brings it to 16.06 for me. i'll keep waiting for a deal on one of those flat style flashlights with the silly RGB side lamp.

I use both the Oclip and Oclip Pro and like them a lot.

The hd01? It's great. Use it daily and the rgb side lights are fun.

According to the User Manual: "When the light is off and unlocked, single press the right button to power on (defaults to low brightness level in white light mode)." This confirms what online reviews of the HD03 have reported, no memory.
