I bought one a couple months ago it worked once and it didnt turn on anymore on the 2nd time. I've been trying to reach the manufacturer but no luck

I have a 1700/1.2 model and it wouldn't shut off. I was able to get a hold of Greenworks and they sent me a new unit. I assume you checked the GFCI on the power cord?
