UI in new version of iOS app

What on earth have you done? The new UI is absolutely horrible. I don't even think I can use the app anymore and I have been on Slickdeals for over 15 years. Man, what a horrible horrible swing and miss. Maybe Slickdeals hired the Apple folks who redesigned Photos just for the fun of it and everyone hated it. I just can't get over how horrendous the new iOS app is.

I would like to second this opinion! the app feels terribly busy - too much compacted text, colors, information in too small of a space. slickdeals is the sort of app that we skim more than read. scrolling through it should allow our brain to process the information in a steady pace. now there's just too much Information in a single screen. it feels exhausting to even look at it. it also screams visual pollution, like looking at a very big crowded city.
