I will say that I had the opposite experience with their support. I had a pair of OpenRun Pro Mini's that died in warranty (just felt a strong buzz when listening and then they never worked again/powered on/etc) and they said sorry, but we don't have any mini's to send you at this time so in the meantime we'll send a standard pair and then a mini when stock arrives.
I received both the same day and contacted them and they said to keep both.

It says to add favorites now to get pricing and water bottle, but I assume you can add them on the 8th as well. Asked their customer support if it was for subscribers only and was told "We don't have the complete details for the promo just yet, but I can assure you that anyone will be able to enjoy the discount once the sale goes live. Even the water bottle."

Ohhhh and going to add.
I believe Shokz uses Amazon Prime to deliver. My guess? Amazon will have the same prices on Prime Day for the items above. I could easily be wrong though.

I just returned Openfit Air 2 ($180) to BestBuy. I have also always heard openair headphones sound terrible but reviewers praised the openfit 2's audio quality compared to other open ears.

Let me just tell you this, they sounded TERRIBLE.

There are little speakers on them which are turned on by default along with the bone conduction. When you turn off the little speakers and use them as bone conduction only they sounds terrible. I'm pretty sure other open ear headphones without bone conduction sound as good or better for a fraction of the cost.

My openrun mini power/pairing/volume up button just went after under three years. Seems to be a common thing. I contacted customer service, very responsive, but basically said sorry but the new ones are better, promise! Offered me a discount on new ones but not stackable with sales so cheaper to just buy another one on sale.

Anyways, all that to say, $100 headphones that last under three years is annoying.

Mine was out of the one year warranty. The customer service is very responsive like I said. However, if you're out of warranty they aren't going to bend over backwards either.

Funnily, openfit air 2 (or all in ears) only have little speakers, no bone conduction.

Yep their customer service is great. I had like one day left on my warranty and mine started buzzing wrong. They sent me a new pair no questions asked.

I haven't tested the Pro 2, but the Shokz Pro vs the Mojawa Run Plus was an easy winner to the Mojawa. Especially when you use the app and set it to Swim Mode. Way more bass, actual full waterproofing, and better controls. The Shokz have physical volume buttons that are fiddly and hard to reach. The mojawa is a touch slider and a double-tap on one ear for song changing. The Mojawa are also cheaper on sale. I use them primarily for road/mountain cycling but they work for everyday use. They also stay in place better on my small head than either of the Run Plus sizing options.

I also warrantied a pair because I was having BT issues (only to discover it was actually my phone) and they replaced very quickly.

I've got the Swim Pro model and it's totally exceeded my expectations. I though I would use it mainly for swimming and it works great when working around the house or walking the dog. You can still hear outside noises and sound, unlike AirPods.

I have the older SE model from Costco that was $99.. and these are awesome for riding my bike!! The are the ONLY headphones I feel safe using while riding as I can still hear my music.. but my ears are still able to pick up all the typical car noises. Sound quality is okay enough.. Im not watching a movie in Dolby Cinema.. I just need to hear some music to make the ride a lot more fun that it is riding solo with no music at all.
