Good price but too late to prevent crabgrass. Buy it and saving for spring.

It's the fertilizer part they object to. BTW it's more than one city.
During the heavy summer rains product washes into the drainage system and watershed, causing algae blooms.

I always buy this for cheap in the summer for the following spring. Only about 6 months away from when this will need to go down again for me so not too long of storage time

Even better, $28.92 after 5 S&S on the 10,000 sq ft bag

The 37.5 lb turf builder gets you about $2.69/lb of N delivered to your door. Can't really beat that, especially with the 4% K and 2% Iron thrown in. Bought enough for this Fall plus first application next Spring. Thanks, OP!

Typical. Won't ship to Florida because one city is brain dead so Amazon won't ship to the entire state. It's not even weed killer which really makes no sense as that one place says no to weed n feed during hot summer months.

Can beat that, but not by much. Delivered, I can at times (but not right now) get it as granulated urea for $2.61. Locally (but not delivered) I can get it as low as $2.17/lb. Took me a while to find a source though.

Compare with DEF, as low as $2.97 /lb all things considered (9 lb in a gallon, 32.5% urea which is 46% N, $9.99 / 2.5 gal at Autozone). Clearly off-label use of Diesel Exhaust Fluid - it is liquid, use a sprayer or mix in irrigation water. A fallback option for me, in case I run out of nitrogen fertilizer and only the usual expensive products are available.

I too have found cheaper a couple of times, but with tradeoffs. This deal takes 30 seconds to order and is easy to deal with if a shipment is damaged/lost/etc. Factor in the 5% back from the Amazon Prime CC and the other aspects and this is as good as it gets for me.

Got 2 bags! I sometimes will see this on clearance at Walmart for less but it is hit-or-miss. Thanks OP!

The turf builder is really the only good deal here. I have long since abandoned "brand name" lawn products for the much cheaper and nearly identical formulations of regional competitors (in my area that would be Turf Line).

That's a fair statement.
