Garbage for the money they charge. Paid $699 when the first came out. Started squealing within a month. After going back and forth with customer service they sent new one after I shipped noisy one back. New one came with shorter warranty and started making the same high pitched noise as other one. Customer service zero help with issue. There are youtube vids that address the problem and show how to take apart to fix but have not had time to get into it. Really disappointed with Dyson's service and quality with this fan for the money they are charging.
