It's on the page after you enter payment. I think it's the review page. It's easy to miss. Look at the payment details on the right and there is a promo thing to click on that brings up a place to enter code.

Agree, the remote that has the headphone jack is the older model - new one is backlit without the jack. Roku users should also check Roku website to see if their Roku account has a discount since the newest model has been on sale for some people.
