They usually have a sale like this every few months. This is the third time I'm buying this. I paid $300 the first time and $260 the second time. At $300 for 15.5 pounds (mine were closer to 18 pounds), you can't beat it. When I ran out, I ordered some steaks from Snake River and it was awful and cost more. There is a lot of fat to trim, but I use mine to make talo.
