Anyone have any thoughts on how well this works? I'd guess it tears through batteries?

Works ok depending on your expectations. Wouldn't use it for air tools or tires (will eat batteries like ice cream in summer) but good enough for nailguns. 1cfm @ 90 psi.

I top off my tires in seconds. Not sure if you're referring to trucks or something. I've got an 8ah powerstack and seems to run a good while. First air compressor so every connection leaks because I didn't know about tape and just tightened them probably too hard...

this is pretty accurate i hear. okay for 16ga but you wouldnt want it for framing or drywall. the dewalt 16ga battery gun works great by its self so i dont know why you would want to go the long way and use this.
