How does this compare to the Roku Ultra LT that can be found for much less?

That is what I'm currently using in my living room, but I need another one, or something else for a different room.

$70 for a Roku is a good deal? At that point, pay a little more and get an NVDA Shield. No ads! Upscaling. Plex server. Games.

Double for the tube and nearly triple for the Pro is not "a little more".

I have one of each and day to day I don't notice a difference. The remote is different and the ultra has a USB port and micro SD card slot, but I don't use those extra features.

the LT version is less powerful than the regular one. depending on the source of the video you are trying to stream, the LT version may not play video where as the regular one will. i had to replace all my LT version with the regular one and all is fine and dandy.

as far as ad's go, if setup correctly ad's are a ting of the past. we watch all basic streaming service ad free except youtube cause youtube always changes how they serve ads.

Sucks to be poor…. Seriously though, if it was within say 20-30 more then maybe. So I looked and you are spot on.
