I agree. Amazon won't refund online, it takes about 15 minutes per phone call, and it's aggravating to deal with the rep who tries to make it sound like they're doing you a favor for issuing a refund because they negligently pulverized your chips. And the utter lack of care in packing them is annoying, too. OK, fine, I get easily piqued, but that's why I won't get these for S&S orders anymore.
