I have a few of these since I have pets and only buy washable rugs now. They're very soft, and wash and dry very well in a standard washer and dryer. Not very padded at all, but they protect hardwood floors. They can be vacuumed using very low suction - I use the laser head with my Dyson vac and it works great for that purpose.
The 5'x7' is $25.99, and the 8'x10' is $59.99 - I have one this size and it looks great in the living room.
