No reason. Old brush heads are easily available and will become cheaper as time goes.

I have one of these. They clean great but the brushes are expensive and dont last long, maybe 2 or 3 weeks and the bristles are all curled.

Sounds like you're applying too much pressure. I've been using one for years and my brushes last at least 3-4 months. Even when I replacement, the brush still looks fine

I switched when my older model died. From a brushing standpoint can't tell a difference assuming you don't have a budget model.

Cosmetically, it looks cooler and sounds ….just better. Less whiney. Bought one for the Mrs first, and she loved the look/feel. Imagine if Apple made a toothbrush and you'll get the idea.

If you're practical, the value add is minimal.

The clean on this is phenomenal. I've been able to maintain my teeth by practicing proper brushing technique and get a completely clean bill of health from my dentist every time. I probably even went about three years between professional cleanings with no repercussions due to how well this brushes—not that I recommend replacing dental visits. I also floss daily.

This was definitely a major upgrade over my previous Oral-B toothbrush. How well it cleans still amazes me. I wish I could find an electric shaver that shaves as well as this toothbrush brushes.

This is true. Work your way up to the intense mode 5 mins per day. Saved my teeth for the Covid years.

It was a Series 7L and much better than this one. It came with a charging case, which usually only comes with the Series 9.

Have an older model but the heads are the same. They way they are design makes toothpaste fall out your mouth to much/easier. I started to notice my clothes having toothpaste on them. So now i brush my teeth before i gets dressed in the morning
