A google docs form when the original product has a full fledged international web page?

Note Shutterbugged (firerose) removed the google docs link the post is from and just put the email address associated with that google docs post

The simple fact the poster removed the link for the offer should tell you even they think/ suspect it is a scam
Given that, why would they then post the email address from the google docs link they removed?
