The other option is to use the "flush mount" but with the included bolt spacers on the top holes on the TV to add permanent tilt. Hope that makes sense.
That spacer is a great idea. I'm going to do that with my fixed mount
Based on the discussions here about mounts, I opted to purchase both a fixed and tilt mount, and will be returning one of them. I guess I'd rather have both options when the installers get here then have to roll the dice on getting the right kind.
Now I need a media stand, preferably something 16" high or lower. Am considering DIYing one with cinder blocks until I find the right one. Want something that matches the width of the tv, no wider. Have to put my center channel on it, and it's 9" tall. Bottom of the TV will be about 26.5" off the ground…
