While I haven't had these three flavors I have tried the code red and the mug root beer soda stream flavors from Pepsi and they are awesome. They taste just like if you bought a 2 L and don't taste like the other horrible (IMO) generic soda flavors. This is a great deal because each of those other flavors cost between $6-$8.

Because the volume of the container would be bigger if it was all sugar/corn syrup. I don't like it either
