no tech support if you dont have subscritions，even if you have the home base，you have to do port forward to see the videos，the videos dont have thumbnail.
I have the Arlo doorbell and love it. To get the enhanced (AI) features and cloud storage, all the companies are charging a fee. You just have to pick which one you like the most. I picked Arlo because it's a US company and I like the product. For a few bucks a month, it's a good security product and reliable and I only have to charge the camera every 4 months or so. Not bad and at this price this is a good deal.
