I've used Wyze cams for years and I think there is a weird limitation where only the device that set up the camera can view the data on the SD card. Any shared devices are unable to. Not sure why.

I have Eufy I guess it's E340 it works fine exactly for one year two days
Then it stopped recording and bullshit Eufy customer service.
They told me after trouble shooting that the camera has gone bad.
It stopped recording even though I changed three SD cards.
They offered me fking 10% discount to buy new eufy camera fk it not going to buy another eufy camera.

could you suggest me a good camera system? I am currently looking for one.
I had Arlo before not the floodlight one, which ran fine for at least 5 years with the Texas heat, cold and weather.
Then,a year and half months back I replaced that with floodlight eufy which ran well when it ran.
But I don't have a good experience with Wyze so I'm looking for a good floodlight camera.
Then I went to eufy, crap support, ok-ish cameras when they work, but they take over the sound on my cell when I use the app, and (at least then) had a low limit to the SD size, and not the world's best image because if you set it to record 24/7 it will only do 1080p on the 2k cameras. These days I run tapos (7) and am quite happy with them except that a couple of the 120s sometimes have trouble connecting to the app via wifi, no issue with the other versions (C325WB and C520WB) so at least for me, I'll be sticking with tapo. Definitely great for the price, and does record 24/7 IN 2k which I like (some day they'll possibly actually release the colorpro nightvision C525WB or perhaps just the 4k version.... but for now the 325WB offers excellent low light performance, and if I opt for a dim LED setting on the camera color visibility in pitch black is perfect.) For outdoor performance, some are in slightly protected areas but they have worked for the last year and some change outside 24/7 in temps ranging from -10F to 110F and rain/snow. I do have an outside wifi point for them to connect to, but at least the C325/C520 also accept ethernet (but not yet POE which was supposed to come with the C525)
I love my Google Nest cameras. Favorite part is that it still records in a Wi-Fi/power outage. Even ADT trusts these cameras to use them for their professionally-installed alarm and camera systems. Can be hard wired, plugged into a standard outlet, or run exclusively on battery. They make 3rd party solar panels for them, too.
